Administrative Department:

This department is in charge of managing common services personnel.

Financial Department:

This department is responsible for financial management and accountability.

Services Coordination Department reporting to the General Management:

It is in charge of:

The management of tenders and AFT consultations
Management of AFT’s portfolio
Management of documentation and archives.
Mail Management.

Internal Audit and Management Control Department:

Preparing and updating the budget.
Managing contract programs.
Updating procedures and the organization chart
Design of activity report
Auditing.
Management Control

Computer Department :

Its role is to:

Contribute to the design and updating of the computer master plan and ensuring its smooth implementation
Act as a secretariat for the computer monitoring commission and supervise the execution of decisions taken by this commission
Raise users’ awareness about advantages, requirements and constraints of computer processing systems
Supervise the execution and maintenance of computer projects assigned to the Department with reference to options taken either in the computer master plan, or by the steering commission.
Design tender documents related to computer applications and equipment
Conduct periodical backup operations of various data and applications
Administer and manage AFT’s computer network (equipment & software).
Look after the safety of access to computer systems and data security
Conduct maintenance works of computer applications
In case of breakdowns (hardware, software), call upon constructors

Land Property Regularization Department:

The land property regularization department is in charge of :

The acquisition of lands.
The regularization of the real estate status of lands acquired.

Department of Holdings and Coordination with Regional Delegations:

The Department of Holdings and Coordination with Regional Delegations is in charge of :

Identifying and updating stocks,
Designing statistical data,
Monitoring and conducting inspection missions to real estate holdings
Coordinating with the regional delegations and assisting them throughout the acquisition process, development and registeration of parcels acquired by the AFT

Juridical Department:

Its tasks are double-fold : legislative (related to decrees and legal texts) and litigations (execution of sentences, following up compensation issues, etc..)

Tourism Development Department

The design of tourism development projects and structuring equipment
The execution, coordination and supervision of tourism development studies
Participation to the works of different national and regional commissions
The management of development plans as well as tourism documentation

Department of Infrastructures and New Tourism Areas

This department is in charge of:

Designing the national strategy in terms of structuring equipment and planning its execution.
Conducting, coordinating and supervising studies and works related to tourism infrastructures according to development needs and environment improvement plans.
Managing all operations related to the execution of studies and works related to tourism infrastructures.
Monitoring the management of budgetary programs and ensuring their rigorous application

Commercial Department:

The Commercial Department’s role is to sell developed land parcels designed for tourism areas.

It is therefore responsible for:

The management of options until the final conclusion of sales.
The design of sales contracts with investors and updating of sales legal documents.
Ensure recovery of AFT’s debts.

Regional Delegations :

Regional delegations represent AFT in the regions and coordinate with local authorities and services. They are responsible for the acquisition, land regularization and control of parcels located in tourism areas. Their role is to:

Conduct real estate surveys
Negotiate with right holders or their representatives
Conclude acquisition agreements
Draft land acquisition contracts and other legal documents required for the conclusion of operations
Constitute acquisition files.
Contribute to the design of development documents
Fix real estate issues
Conduct topographic surveys
Design parcel development and real estate division files
Manage properties
Inspect tourism areas
Manage litigations.
Represent the AFT with regional authorities
