Acquisition conditions :

Any beneficiary of an expropriation compensation held by the Tourism Real Estate Agency in the General Treasury shall have the right to withdraw his/her compensation deposit by means of a claim and delivery statement provided by the Agency.

Documents :

	Authentic copy of the property certificate.
	The national identity card for physical people or legal documents for moral entities
	Sales contract (non registered buildings).
