Acquisition conditions::

In the case of the transfer of a land located within a Real estate Intervention Perimeter to the profit of the Agency, the Landlord is required to send a statement to the concerned Governorate. The Tourism Real Estate Agency is required, within two months to inform the landlord about its intention whether to renounce to its property right for purchase or its agreement about said acquisition against suggested price; the landlord may accept the suggested price or recourse to the court.

Documents :

	A form delivered by the Governorate showing full information concerning the land, the buyer and the agreed price.
	In case the price is agreed upon, the following documents must be submitted: - Property certificate – Sales Contract - Copy of the national identity card or the judicial document for moral entities
